Composition & Specifications

This product complies with European Regulation (EU) 2016/425 according to ISO 12312-1/A1:2015 on sunglasses for general use. The DESERT frame is composed of black polycarbonate with a matte finish, the branches have a silver metal inclusion. Thanks to their polycarbonate manufacturing, the smoked lenses of this frame are shock resistant. The collection of sunglasses provides HORIZANE with great visual comfort and protects you at any time of the day. The category 3 filters of our solar models protect against UV up to 92% for UVA and 99% for UVB. The Category 3 filter also blocks between 83% and 92% of the light intensity.

The lenses of our solar models have an anti-scratch treatment that improves the resistance of the lenses to scratches and friction. Sunglasses HORIZANE are very resistant and strong.
