Who are we?

Horizane Santé is a designer, promoter, and distributor of medical devices and health products. Founded over 29 years ago by Dr. Geets, Horizane distributes its own products to a large number of pharmacies in France and several other European countries, including Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and Switzerland. Before Horizane's creation in the 1990s, reading glasses for presbyopia were not permitted in France. Horizane was a pioneer in advocating for the law to allow people with presbyopia to purchase these glasses at affordable, self-service prices. Once reading glasses were authorized, a collection of Horizane Optique sunglasses for adults, children, and then babies quickly followed. Vitalens, a highly comfortable multipurpose solution for contact lenses, and Hydrolarm, moisturizing eye drops for dry and irritated eyes in an original, patented bottle, later completed our optical catalog.

We then turned our attention to ear protection, a genuine public health issue with ever-increasing exposure to high volumes and noises that damage the inner ear—sometimes permanently—and cause premature hearing loss. Hearing protectors perfectly adapted to the ear canal are now part of the Plic Audio range. For the past 10 years, Horizane has worked with its industrial partners to develop health products such as highly specialized thermometers, including the Mini D, the only digital pocket thermometer, which has been a great success. The Triple Sensor—also from the Précitech range—is one of the most accurate forehead thermometers you can find.

Horizane has created a department dedicated to well-being with the Plic Beauty range, a collection of colorful, high-quality skincare and beauty accessories. Guaranteed for 20 years and made from durable, high-quality materials, they are also offered in 100% recyclable packaging. Based in Provence, Horizane has revived and expanded a very old line of scented products. Today, "Nature & Senteurs" offers numerous "Organic" skincare products in addition to its Eaux Fraîches, Eaux de Cologne, and baby fragrances, all designed and manufactured in Provence.

As part of the "world of health," we have always prioritized the reliability of our products over their price. All of our products that fall under a CE standard are certified and inspected, primarily by French analysis laboratories. However, offering our own branded products allows us to be as competitive as possible with our pricing.
