On average, here are the diopters to choose according to the ages:
- 40 to 45 years: +1.00 to +1.50.
- 46 to 50 years: +1.50 to 2.00.
- 51 to 55 years: +2.00 to 2.50.
- 55 and over: +2.50 to 3.00.

How to compensate for presbyopia?
