- Open the velcro closure on the back of the Cupcake plush toy.
- Remove the silicone bead cushion. Never heat the entire plush toy.
- Place only the cushion in the microwave, following the recommended time and power settings on the product's instructions.
- Once the cushion is heated, gently knead it to distribute the heat evenly.
- Always test the cushion's temperature on your forearm before placing it back into the plush and giving it to a child.
- Reinsert the cushion inside the plush and securely close the velcro fastener.
How do I care for my Cupcake plush?
To wash it, remove the silicone bead cushion. The plush cover can then be hand-washed at a maximum of 30°C. The heating cushion must never get wet.
Is this heat pack suitable for a toddler?
Yes, our dry heat pack is CE certified and designed for children's safety. However, an adult must always supervise the heating, check the cushion's temperature, and not leave a child unattended with the product.
Can it be used for cooling?
Absolutely. For a "cold pack" effect, place the bead cushion (protected in a bag) in the refrigerator for about an hour. It's great for soothing minor bumps or for cooling down in the summer.
