- Open the velcro closure on the back of the Noisette squirrel plush.
- Remove the silicone bead cushion. Never heat the entire plush toy.
- Place only the cushion in the microwave, carefully following the time and power instructions provided on the notice.
- After heating, handle the cushion with care and knead it to distribute the heat evenly.
- Always test the cushion's temperature on your own skin (e.g., forearm) before placing it back inside the plush and giving it to a child.
- Reinsert the warm cushion inside the squirrel and securely fasten the velcro strap.
How can I clean the Noisette plush toy?
Caring for the plush is very simple. First, remove the heating cushion, then hand wash the plush cover at 30°C. Let it air dry. The bead cushion must never be submerged in water.
Is this heat pack suitable for newborns?
Yes, our CE-certified dry heat pack is designed to be safe for children. However, it must always be used under adult supervision, especially when heating and checking the cushion's temperature.
Can I use it for a cooling "ice pack" effect?
Yes. For a cooling effect, place the bead cushion (inside a protective bag) in the refrigerator or freezer for one to two hours. It's perfect for soothing minor bumps or for cooling down on warm days.
