- Open the velcro closure on the back of the Jumpie plush toy.
- Remove the silicone bead cushion. Never heat the entire plush toy.
- Place only the cushion in the microwave, strictly following the time and power instructions on the notice.
- Once heated, knead the cushion to distribute the heat evenly.
- Test the cushion's temperature on your forearm to avoid any risk before placing it back inside the plush.
- Place the cushion back inside the mother kangaroo and securely close the velcro fastener.
How do I wash the Jumpie plush toy?
After removing the heating cushion, you can hand wash the plush toy (both mother and baby) at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Let it air dry. The bead cushion must never come into contact with water.
Is this heat pack safe for a newborn?
Yes, the dry heat pack is CE certified and designed to be safe. However, it must always be used under adult supervision, who must handle the heating and check the cushion's temperature.
Can the plush be used for a cooling effect?
Absolutely. Place the bead cushion (protected in a freezer bag) in the refrigerator. It will turn into a gentle cold pack, perfect for soothing minor bumps or for gentle cooling.
Is the baby kangaroo removable?
Yes, the small kangaroo can be taken out of its mother's pouch to become a separate play companion, offering double the fun.
