- Never use boiling water. Fill to a maximum of two-thirds capacity with hot (not boiling) water.
- Hold the bottle by its neck in an upright position and fill it slowly to prevent water from splashing back.
- Carefully expel residual air by tilting the bottle until water appears at the opening, then screw the stopper on.
- Screw the stopper on tightly and check for leaks by turning the bottle upside down.
- Always insert the hot water bottle into its knitted cover before use.
- After use, empty the bottle completely and store it without the stopper in a cool, dry, and dark place.
How do I care for the knitted cover?
The cover is 100% acrylic and should be hand-washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, as indicated on the care label, to maintain the softness and quality of the knit.
What is the capacity of the hot water bottle?
For safe and optimal use, we recommend filling the hot water bottle to two-thirds of its maximum capacity with hot, but never boiling, water.
Can I use this bottle for cold therapy?
Yes, you can fill the hot water bottle with cold water and ice cubes to use it as a cold pack to relieve swelling, headaches, or to cool down.
