- Open the velcro closure on the back of the Flocon plush toy.
- Remove the silicone bead cushion. Never heat the entire plush toy.
- Place only the cushion in the microwave, strictly following the time and power settings specified on the product's instructions.
- Once heated, knead the cushion to distribute the heat evenly.
- Test the cushion's temperature on your forearm to avoid any risk of burns before giving it to a child.
- Place the cushion back inside the plush and securely close the velcro fastener.
How do I wash the Flocon plush toy?
After removing the silicone bead cushion, you can hand wash the plush toy at a maximum temperature of 30°C. The inner cushion should never come into contact with water.
Is this heat pack safe for a baby?
Yes, our cuddly heat pack is CE certified and contains no water, which prevents any risk of leakage. However, it is essential that an adult heats the cushion, checks its temperature, and never leaves a very young child unattended with the product.
Can the plush be used for a cooling effect?
Absolutely. You can place the bead cushion (protected in a freezer bag) in the refrigerator for one hour to create a cold pack, perfect for soothing minor bumps, bruises, or for gentle cooling.
