Use of the warmer must always be handled by an adult.
- Make sure your microwave is clean.
- Place the warmer in the center of the microwave plate. You can place half a cup of water next to it to help rehydrate the beads.
- Heat on medium power (max 700-800W) in 15-second intervals. Never exceed 30 seconds total.
- Remove the warmer and knead it gently to distribute the heat evenly.
- Always test the temperature with the back of your hand before giving it to a child.
Care Instructions
Never wet or wash the inner pad containing the beads. The outer plush cover can be surface cleaned with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Let air dry.
What's inside the warmer?
It is filled with 90 grams of tourmaline beads, which are natural minerals with the excellent property of storing and releasing gentle, prolonged heat.
Can I wash the entire thing?
No. Only the surface of the cover can be cleaned. The inner pad containing the beads must never be submerged in water, as this risks permanent damage.
How long does it stay warm?
It stays pleasantly warm for about 20 to 30 minutes, an ideal duration to soothe, comfort, or warm up a bed before sleep.
Can it be used as a cold pack?
This product is specifically designed as a heat pack. Use in the freezer is not recommended unless explicitly stated in the product manual, as intense cold could damage the tourmaline beads.
Is there a risk of overheating?
Yes. It is imperative to follow the instructions and only heat in short 15-second intervals. Overheating could damage the product and render it unusable.
