- Wash your hands thoroughly and then put the finger cot on your index finger.
- For massage: use small circular motions on the gums.
- For cleaning: gently rub the first teeth after meals.
- For the gel: apply a small amount of teething gel to the prongs and massage the area (follow the product recommendations).
- After use: rinse, wash with soap, let dry, then store in the case.
- Replace the finger guard if it is worn or torn.
