Anti-blue light bezel: ideal to preserve your eyes
Can screens cause visual disturbances in our children? If that's the question you're asking, the answer is yes. The spectrum of visible light extends from purple to red, it is this spectrum that we are able to see. Blue light rays are very energetic rays, called High Visible Energy (HEV) light and close to ultraviolet (UV) rays. This blue light is omnipresent because LED screens emit it and are all around us: phone, computer, television...
Anti-blue light lenses
It is important to protect yourself from this blue light from an early age. Indeed, blue light is potentially more toxic in children than in adults because their lens allows 90 to 80% of blue light to pass through. That's why HORIZANE created special children's blue light glasses, with a filter called "Blue Ray Blocking System" or "BBS".
From an early age, children spend more and more time in front of a screen: television, computer, tablet, smartphone, game console... It is therefore necessary to think about the health of their eyes by choosing anti-blue light glasses HORIZANE. These glasses are specially designed in their ergonomics to suit children from 4 to 8 years old. By wearing these glasses when they are in front of screens, the following symptoms will decrease: eye fatigue, tingling, dry eyes, headaches, sleep disorders... Don't wait any longer!
The filter HORIZANE "Blue Ray Blocking System" filters up to 30% of the blue light emitted by LED screens. It protects up to 100% from UV, does not change the color spectrum (you do not see everything in yellow!) and preserves eye health. It consists of a double filter: the first composed of 5 layers that blocks 100% of UV and up to 30% of blue light, and the second compound of 7 layers that improves clarity.
The KIDS model is available in 2 colors: blue/green and pink/purple. These 2 pairs will adapt perfectly to the head of children from 4 to 8 years old thanks to their soft and flexible branches. The glasses are not magnifying. These models follow the European standards for pre-assembled glasses (NF EN 14139) and the EN 166 standard which defines the general requirements for eye protection.
